Spain is becoming a favourite for property investors.





















Spain is fast becoming one of the top investment areas in Europe this year for investors, with Germany being a close second.

In a recent European survey, it was discovered that 27% of more than 150 investors questioned declared Spain to be their preferred investment mainly due to the strength of the current economic climate balanced against prices which are still far from their previous peak.


Although 25% of those questioned said they preferred Germany and just over 16% were more interested in the UK.
